Ok...yes, I was skeptical...but the manual is fantastic!!! I have spent the past four months on non stop daily research (and many sleepless nights as well) and only came across five of your sources. The manual is worth every penny and I consider it priceless!!! Not only the manual but the update and forum membership are very valuable as well. Daphne's [manual] is helpful to all--aroma pros and novices alike.

The resources which she presents will save those who are just starting to pursue a fragrance-oriented business hundreds of hours of time and considerable energy. I wish I had this information 10+ years ago when I first started working as an aromatherapist.

As someone who is a bit more experienced, I've found the [manual] a true blessing as I begin to transition away from using scent in a purely therapeutic fashion, moving more into artisan perfumery. It is always helpful to review the basics and fundamentals of the aroma business, and Daphne has outlined them exceptionally well for anyone and everyone. And they serve as a great catalyst for one's own creative thinking.

Also, although I am familiar with many of the companies presented in the resource guide, some I had never heard of before--so purchasing these materials has definitely expanded my repertoire of choices in terms of vendors and suppliers.

In addition, Daphne's e-mail consultations are invaluable. She has a "can do" attitude that is not simply wishful thinking, but is backed up with careful research, her vast amount of experience and her common sense approach.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Daphne's materials and consultations, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to pursue a business that's built around fragrance.
